Pls visit 'Muroor' and obtain a "Lesson Byanat". They'd provide u that in English [if it's Dubai] & for a cost [Dubai used to charge AED 60, during my days]. U'd require that to get your 'wait-time' waiver in Canada. Just the UAE D/L won't suffice.

A. If the Muroor's letter isn't in English, u need to get it translated thru a 'Legal Translator' & certi-stamped by MEA. MEA office used to be opp Deira Taxi Stand [if/in Dubai] during my days.

B. If u do not get that stamped from MEA before u fly - u could do it here as well [costs a 'bomb' though] from the UAE consulate @ Canada. But here they'd only accept a translation from certain Canadian establishments [one's in Etobicoke]. Overall a painful, time-consuming & pricier errand. Option-A is your best bet.

Hope that helped.

O And one more thing...

It is not the English LESSON, Arabic folks usually pronounce LICENSE as LESSON Smiley So keep that in mind.

LICENSE BAYANT =  LICENSE STATEMENT/REPORT (Taqrir).

Hmm gotta get me one of those too...Thanks to Qorax's thread me knows Cheesy
