Typing in N/As in different forms

Hello

in the instruction to different forms is stated that no field has to be left blank, so one has to type N/A or similar in to each field. Let us take for example form Additional Family Information section B: Children

Does a person without children have to type in every row 4 times N/A to fill every field with N/As (for Additional Family Information section B:Children it will make 7*5=35 N/As) or one N/A in each section (e.g. one in section B one in C and so on) is enough.
