This will be considered a TYPO, not an error.

So, Don't worry.

Is it possible to fill out the application forms with a pencill, or it has to be typed on computer?

you can fill with a pen, but not pencil (as anyone can erase it easily) but i would suggest you to use computer, as it will look more professional this way.

rest it up to you.

I had a typo in Sch1, did not even notice it until question raised by VO - explained that it was a typo
and things went ok afterwards - I was also so worried then, but it turned out to be very simple..a typo is a typo
