i have had my twp application returned because of incorrect payment. we also just had a baby. do i include the new baby's details on the returned application or do i request forms from cic london to do this separately. help! really confused.

Congratulations on your new born.  The definition of "family" includes your little as well. Since your paper work was returned, and they have not entered any information in their system (immigration Office) about you. Therefore, put the new member information, update the payment.
