Hi,

I'm an intra company transferee who got his wp a year ago until 2014. This company however RIFd me. Interestingly enough, now they want to hire me back through a contracting agency as a contractor for the same position. Now my wp says that i can only work for the company that hired me and got me my wp, at the same location and the same occupancy. The latter two are the same, but i'm not sure about the first one. Does that wp allow me to work again for this company even if it's through a contracting agency?

Thanks a lot for any response here!

I'm guessing my question is, do i need an LMO to work, in effect, for the same company or not?

No, you are now a employee of the contractor.  If the company wants you, they need an LMO and the position has to be advertised.
