I am ALMOST done and hopefully going to Fed Ex today or tomorrow ....

Trying to pay my fees online. I have selected to go outland via Buffalo, but obviously sending my app to Mississauga first. Do I click that i am sending my app to Miss or Buffalo???

Also, in one of the forms by my sponsor's signature it asks for him to give a city and province, but we live outside of Canada. Should i leave it blank or enter his hometown?

Select Mississauga.

Put in his hometown, don't leave it blank.

K - Now that I have the receipt there are some blank spots.... do I fill these in? With my sponsors information or mine?
