Hi...

Sorry...I'm sure these questions have been answered before, but I am not finding what I need when I search old posts.

Section C, question 6:   Address of principle applicant.  If the address given in a) IS in the country of nationality of the person I am sponsoring, do I need to check anything in b) and/or c) and, if so, which are the right responses to have the application processed in the country of nationality, ie. the U.S. in this case?

Section C, question 4 Non-accompanying family members:  I am sponsoring my spouse....do I include my spouse's son who is 33, married, and living independently?

We are within days of submitting the entire application, and any help will be appreciated!  Thanks!

Hi

If she is US citizen and the address is in the US, then you don't complete b or c.

Section C, question 4 Non-accompanying family members:  I am sponsoring my spouse....do I include my spouse's son who is 33, married, and living independently?

No, he is not a dependent.  But he is included on the IMM 5406.

We are within days of submitting the entire application, and any help will be appreciated!  Thanks!
