Dear All,

Since i am from India and residing in Kuwait for the past 10 years I need Two Police Clearance Certificates, ie one for Kuwait and one for India. I can get PCC from Kuwait for Kuwait. For the Indian PCC if i get a PCC from Indian Embassy Kuwait as PCC for India, will that be accepted by CIO and VO? Kindly advise....

Yes. A PCC obtained from Embassy will be fine. Submit the original.

S, definetely u need to get 2 PCC's .One from the CID in Kuwait( I guess they mention as CID office in kuwait also.) & the 2nd from Indian embassy in kuwait.
Getting the PCC from the Indian embassy in Kuwait for having stayed in India is absolutely acceptable by the CIO & VO & I guess it is one of the correct ways to get PCC.
btw ensure that you send both the PCC's together without fail.
