I got a job with employer whom has just apply for my LMO. I later got another Job that pay more than the first employer. Can the second employer apply for another LMO for me? I will apperciate detail answers.

Yes - the second employer can apply for an LMO for you. If that second LMO is approved, you will then have to apply for a new closed work permit tied to the second employer. Once you receive the new work permit which allows you to work for the second employer - you will have to stop working for the first employer and your first work permit will become invalid.
