Two FSW simultaneously ???

Hi guys,

I talked to a lawyer today. I have already applied under FSW in Nov 2010. I asked him if he would take my case in the middle as i thought it would be easier to have him handle my case in the future. He said he doesnt take cases in the middle. And that if i was interested he could file all over again and that i did not need to revoke my old FSW  application.
So he basically said i could have 2 applications ( one that i submitted previously and one that he would submit) being processed at the same time. Has anyone heard of this?

I think you can have as many applications as you like as long as you pay for them.   Qorax should give you the best answer.
