Two application?

i just want to know can i also apply for manitoba pnp program while my wife applied as main applicant for FSW catergory since march

2010.and we r in waiting all documents send what they demand again , since 25 jan.2011.we r in pending decision.i just want to apply

maintoba pnp programm.in any refusal  i have another application as well. is this possible?

If you are eligible for pnp for Manitoba you can run parallel application, cost is yours. It is perfectly legal.
