Dear all,

I did my medical in December and submitted the landing fee and one year bank statement in the same month but today I heard from the Agent that the visa office has again wanted ONE YEAR YEAR BANK STATEMENT which I gave in Jan.It really sounds strange to me. I was eagerly waiting for PPR while they want me to give the Bank statement again. I am really worried because of it. At present the amount in the bank is one third which I showed to them.I am worried now. Please share your experience to make me happy or guide me.Now if I send the statement with less amount will it harm my after medical process??? The fund in the first STATEMENT was more than the required amount they sought for.

Thank you

If funds in your account are more than the minimum CIC requirement you should be fine. Otherwise God may help you! VOs are very particular about funds. You should be prepared to satisfy them on this score till you complete the landing.

There should be an issue with ur your bank statement and you have been given another opportunity to clear it.
Do the needful and pray.
It shall be well.

hi,

If VO is asking you means I think he wants to confirm that you have sufficient money in your account or not. He is just looking for the minimum amount in your account so please maintain the minimum balance required by VO other wise your application may get rejected.

please wait for senior members advice as well.

regards,

Hi mmilon,

Sorry to hear about your case brother.

The VO asked you about one year bank statement and you do not have money to show? My advise, do you have something to sell like car, gold, or real estate? I think you can still sell it to make up the bank balance. You have to show the VO the source of this money, so send him the proof with cash receipts of your recent transactions. You can show evaluation of your real estate property if you hold it in your name.

You can write in your covering letter that you already have the intention to sell this property once your PR is finalised, hence you sold it now.

Do not borrow much amount at this stage. Only 10-20% will do. Remember,  you have to show the proof for the large chunk of money you deposited in your account.

This is my view but wait for other members to respond.

PM capt. Qorax as well.

God bless you brother.

I showed the required amount they mentioned (more). Now I don't understand what the intention of VO is.

Hi to all,
When i submitted my full documents i showed a deposit account of more than the requirement amount, since it was a deposit account.

When i ordered my caip notes i saw the vo made notes that they want banks statement for six months , they have not requested yet what should i do at this time.

Should i wait for them to ask me or i can send it to the Visa office?

Thanks for suggestions.

Whatever the intention, you have to do it. Do it wisely with expert's advise.

It is always better to have steady flow of money into the account and not once block payment into the account that will make the VO to suspect that there is some game been played.
In any case, get ur bank to print another stmt and send it to him.
Good luck.

It is not uncommon on part of VO to ask for POF for the second time. Funds shown as POF(at least the min. required amount) should not be used for any other purpose. In case you have to use them in case of emergency, you should inform VO about it along with your plan of replenishing them. Now instead of trying to figure out VO's intentions start doing something on lines of what SISH has suggested. That may save the day for you!
