TVA Refused! Advice needed!

hello,

some crook travel agency file TVA for my parents and it was refused. The funny thing is:

the travel agency never asked my parents to come and sign the forms..so i wonder who sign for these form?

Also, they didnt photocopy the original application forms, as immigration never returns application forms but only original documentations / evidences submitted, i wonder how can i obtain a copy of the original application that was filed?

I need that to analyse and see:

1. who forged the signature of my parents on the forms

2. what answers did the travel agency gave on the form to each question..


thanks Fro canada, do we have something like Subject Access Request under Data Protection Act like in the UK, where u pay anominal processing / photocopy fee, and immigration will release all data held about you??

Why don't you write your issue to CHC and wait for the answer.
