Trying to hire someone oversea for this position

I do not know who can help me.

But I am in the process in trying to hire a person from overseas to fill this positions. This paper that I have been sent fill out by the LMO is something else.

I si better to hire a lawyer to complete this for me. Or is it better for me to complete this information myself. I have been told that if I hire a lawyer that chances are worse to get approved. Is there someone else than can help complete this information

I have done all the screening of all applications and followed all the guide lines to hire a foreigh worker. This is not a skill worker, will the LMO still accept my application.

I do not want to go through all this process and then be declined because I need someone as soon as possilbe. This person is responsible for 3 residences and is a live in caretaker. Hope this information helps.

It will probably be difficult to get an approved LMO since it will be hard to prove that you cannot find a Canadian for the role if the position is unskilled. If you don't feel comfortable filling out the forms yourself, then you can certainly hire a lawyer. If you want the role filled quickly, then you're probably better off hiring a Canadian (even with the help of a lawyer, there's no guarantee the LMO will be approved).

So your stating that I should just continue to hire a Canadian citizen than hire overseas. I have interviewed about 10 people and noen relaly want the job.

Last person I had only lasted 6 months and I really need someone as they do leave. They state that they got better paying job and this is what I find when I fill this postion.

IMO You are unlikely to get an LMO for this role.

If people leave to go to a better paying job, then clearly the role requires more pay and/or better conditions.
This is how market forces work.

Save the money that you would spend on the lawyer and add it to the basic salary of the employee.

If Canadians do not want the job, why not try advertising directly to new immigrants?

I have a bit of experience applying for LMO and AFAIK, they will not allow unskilled jobs on LMO.  You have to prove that you really cannot find a Canadian skilled enough to fill the job and that the job is beneficial to the Canadian economy.  You also have to show how the foreign worker will help build Canadian skill sets while working on the job.  Again, AFAIK, you cannot get an LMO, because you are paying lower than Canadian market wages.  In fact this is the exact reason why CIC will reject an application.
