TRV - Work Visa Permit New York Processing Times

On the website it states 1-28 days....My application was received on Jun 14th 2011. No response yet to email inquiry. No AOR.
Any idea how long it takes.......Anyway to track it using positive LMO number? Anybody get their visa lately.

Received passport..............

LMO processing - NOC 2141 - Ontario - 8 weeks (Apr 10 - June 4)
Work Visa processing - NY - 6 weeks (June 10 - July 19)

where did you apply for your WP?I applied in NYC on Jun 7th and still haven't received my passport...On top of it I'm a AINP nominated applicant and no need of a LMO...Could you plz respond?Did you submit your appln in person?
