TRV - Tourist Visa Refused

Dear All

My TRV Tourist Visa was refused last week at new Delhi CIC post as I wanted to explore Canad before decision is made on my PR file which Iapplied in Jan 2006. Well my passport is stamped with  UK and europe Visas five years back.

submitted the followings with my TRV apllication:
Formal Invitation with sound financial track record / tax returns of Inviter ( with Guarantee for my all expense in Canada )
All my strong Ties of : Family , Job . economic , social


I also received a letter for my continue interest for PR by CIC post in Dec 2008.

I was refused on the following grounds:
My circumstances might motivate me to stay back in Canada and I don't have sufficient funds for the trip.

Well I had about eleven thousand dollars in my 02 accounts

Inviter is suggesting that I should reapply – I hope this refusal will not affect my PR File.

I am chef manager by profession

Why didnt you just apply under 38 expedited FSW jobs,Since you ae unlikely to get a TRV because of dual intent,You have applied for PR

these 38 profession introduced in 2008 , my all noc & JD falls under these 38.

since you had  applied  in jan2006 is under process i would like  to know that the decision had been made in your case or still pending and do the chc demand for further documents for updation
