You can track it through VAC if you used VAC services...but they only say when the embassy has received the package and when it's being shipped back to you.  Also, you can track on DHL to see where the package is in transit... however the actual RESULT of your TRV, you won't receive until it is sent back to you, and you open up the package and see if the visa is in the passport.
