TRV processing time in USA

Hi all,
  Kindly help in me with TRV visa.

here they are syaing 5-10 working days http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/rep_missions/visas/processing-traitement.aspx?view=d

whereas here they are saying it is 30 day , really confused : http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/detroit/visas/processing-traitement.aspx?lang=eng&view=d

I am planning to use lawyer if they can be fast.

please let me know if any of you are in same situation
