Hello,

My wife and I are beginning the process of the dreaded PRV application.  However, last October we tired unsuccessfully to obtain a TRV.  On this application she failed to report living in another country for more than 6 months and that she was married previously.  This was mainly due to language problems with the application.

My question is- now that we will be disclosing all history on the PRV application, what are the implications of this TRV being incorrect?  Does anyone have any similar experience in this area?  How should we proceed?

Best,

jc

Proceed with the truth.  Explain in the cover letter the mistakes that were made in the TRV and why they were made.  Advise that she is sorry for the error.  And then complete the application 100% truthfully.
