Hello,

I read a lot of posts where TRV was rejected. I just came to Canada on a Temp Work Visa, its valid for 1 year. I do have a fulltime job. My fiancee wants to apply for a TRV. She wants to visit me for 2-3 weeks during her vacation at school.  Can I invite her to visit Canada?

She is in US on F1 Student visa. If we show the following,

1) She has two more years left to complete the course.
2) She has registered for classes for next semester.
3) She is also working as Research Assistant and gets the letter from her Professor, stating that she will come back to continue with her research.
4) She has a car, which is financed. Can we show the loan documents?

Is this enough evidence to convince Visa Officer that she will go back? What are the chances of her getting the visa?

Thanks for your help

Monty.
