TRV for BF in Phillipines

My bf is in the Philippines, and I went back home last February for a vacation, and got pregnant. I am a permanent resident. I am planning to get him a TRV before I give birth on November.. he is unemployed at this time, but has a bank account with $2000 and a land title under his name.. are those enough resources to convince the immigration that he's going back home after the trv.. and if in case, can we get married here?

one thing, can i use his last name for our baby?

Not necessarily, it really depends on the visa officer. My boyfriend and I both live in his country, we just wanted to go visit my family and showed $3500, an invitation letter, his 2 property certificates, a letter from his work, explained all of his ties and family including 3 kids here and they still didnt give us the visa... So it really depends on the officer. Just submit as many documents as you possibly can

Yes  we did .. I'm not holding my breath that their answer will be different, but we should know by next week or the week after.  We just applied again last week.  Will keep you posted...there really is no reason why he shouldn't get the dang visa so we are crossing our fingers.
