Hello,

My questions are;
I currently work in Canada. My visa expired recently and I am applying for a new TRV (I have a work permit until 2012). My wife has a valid TRV until 2011, she is also in Canada.
Now, it says "Send passports of each family member who will accompany you to Canada" in the application form.
Should I include her details in the TRV application form and send my wife's passport too?
Will she also get an extension until 2012 if I send her passport?
If she can't get the extension this way, am I still obliged to send her passport?

These are very simple questions probably, but I am not sure what to do and I would like to make sure I am doing it the right way.

Thank you very much for your help.

hello, it will not do any worse if you send her passport together with yours. if they extend it will be great, if not, they return it back not changed.

Hi,

Thanks for the answer. Multiple entry TRV fee is $150 for each passport. Will they refund the money if they don't extend my wife's TRV? Thank you.

if they don't use TRV fee for your wife, they must refund.
