TRV application: Do I send old and renewed passport

I will be submitting my TRV application.....do I send my expired as well as renewed passport

Your current passport is all that's needed, unless something requested directly from the embassy you are applying at.

Have you traveled to any other countries before ? If yes then submit your passport.

Yes I have travelled to Uk and India with my expired passport but nowhere with the new one

yeah then definitely send both. I think u need the new one so that they can issue the visa if you are approved, and if your old is stamped that will definitely help
