hello i am wondering whether it is true that I can sponsor my fiance who is from the uk whilst being in the uk with him?  We have a new baby and that is the reason i am here with him in the uk.  We both want to move back to Canada and I was wondering if it is possible to sponsor him to come to Canada to live even though i am in the Uk with him ?

1.  Yes, if you are a Canadian citizen and you have been living in a Common/law relationship for at least 1 year.
