I have tried to install the adobe upgrade but no matter what computer I use (mine, in-laws, library) I can't get the generic application form or the additional dependents forms to open even though I can open all the rest.  Is this just an issue for me or are other people have trouble too?  Is there any other way to get them to open? Anyone have a working link?  Thanks!!
