Air Canada international flights - Regular baggage allowance between Canada/the U.S. and Europe.
First bag free (included in the price).
$50 for the second bag.
$225 for additional bags

Overweight or oversize bags = $100 extra.

If I take British-Airways flight from N-Delhi to Toronto Via London. Do I need to pay extra for 2nd check in bag from London to Toronto?
thats what you mean?

Not if you are ticketed through to your final destination.

You would normally pay for the extra bag(s) as you check in, not at a transit location.
