Travel while PR file in process

I have a study permit and my wife has accompanying famile member visitor visa multiple entry valid december-2005.
File for PR in progress and she had to go to india for medical emergency , my question:
Do you think she would have any problem at the port of entry while returning from india as PR file is under process now.

She shouldn't have any problems as long as she discloses this to the immigration officer & she travels before her visa expires.
