Travel + Permanent Resident visa for parents

Hi,
I want to sponsor my parents for PR. But I also want to apply for the 10 year multiple entry visa for them. Can I do both of these together?

You could apply for them both together but it might be better to apply for the multiple visit visa first. Show that they have no intention to overstay in Canada. Then apply to sponsor them.

It is your parents who have to apply for the multiple entry visitor visa. You can support their application.
