I am not (yet) a US citizen. I have a valid Romanian passport and a Green Card. What will be the procedure to enter and exit Canada now for US residents, do I need a visa for that? What are procedures for ground travel and what are the procedures for Air Travel?

As a green card holder you don't require a visitor visa to enter Canada, either by road or air.

Absolutely no, you do not need Visa to enter canada and leave canada for 6 months, but you must have both USA green card and your national Passport at hand to show them.USA green card holder can enter to canada naytime upto 6 months without visa.
