Travel Information for Spouse

My husband will be submitting his visa app to Paris, therefore has to complete a Supplementary Form 5562.  The form asks for his travel history for the last ten years.  It also asks for the travel history for his spouse -- that would be me.  I am a Canadian citizen and am his sponsor.  Does he really have to provide my travel details?  I travel extensively on business and that would be almost impossible to provide accurately for the past ten years.  I'm wondering if this only applies if the application is for a couple.  Does anyone know?  Thanks

The travel details of spouse is required only if the spouse is also a PR applicant. Otherwise, like your case, it is not applicable.
Your husband need to fill up his travel details and submit. Mark NA to such columns.
