Just need an explanation.
I have signed with my company an employment contract both in Serbian and English language. My company is a Spanish company working ion Serbia. This contract is signed and stamped by company stamp. Do I need to translate Serbian contract into English or I can submit English version of the contract.

Since you work for international company, there is no need for translation from Serbian to English. Just send the English version.
In the instruction guide, it is clearly said that any document which is not written in English, should be accompanied by official translation and certified copy of this document.
I am working in Croatia and I dont have an English version of my contract, so I have to send translated version and original Croatian version of contract, or certified copy of it, but you dont.
