Hi there,

I'm from ESL country so my official document such as Birth certificate, change name ect. aren't in english. Can I ask my friends to translate to english then I will bring to certify at my country embassy in canada?  Anyone from ESL country ever have had this issue?

Please read the instructions.  It must be a certified translation.
