I did my medicals on Jan 31st, long time ago.
My file was transferred on Aug 10th.

Hi,  Medical exam is the final process. Then they will request your passport + RPRF $490 + 2 recent photos. I think LA work faster than Buffalo. I think they will contact you soon Smiley

Hi, i think your file should get done before mine because i got Med done in late March and transfered to LA in July.  I think they will contact you around 6 months since they received your Med exam.  VISA entry to Canada has 1 yr since your Med done. I believe you'll have till Jan 2012 to get into the country.

You should try email LA and ask. ..i think they will contact you very soon..

I sent LA an email but got no reply. I'll wait for one more week to see what will happen.
Then I'll "harass" them again. Cheesy

When did you sent email? We (my hubby, member of parliament and myself) sent emails to LA.
we got reply saying i have to wait till they done reviewing the application.And about 1.5months later ,i got an email requesting of my passport. Total 2.5yr to get PR.. but worth it!

Smilewhisper...am a bit confused with your statement regarding your timeline...when did you have your medicals and when was your file transferred to LA?....you already had PPR?...after how long you waited for your PPR since your file was transferred? Thanks...

I sent them an email one month after my file was transferred. I think maybe they don't reply any email within 90 days.
I have been waiting for 2.5 years already. Hope it will finish soon.
Did LA reply to all of your emails or just reply to MP?

My Med done in later March 2011
My file was transfered : June 14,2011
LA confirmation receiving my file: July 5,2011
Request Passport/RPRF/Photos: August 30,2011
