Did PNP Alberta. PR App received in Buffalo 30th Sept 2010, Did Medicals 28th April 2011, File trans to LA 8th Sept 2011, and today checked online and found: "We received your application for permanent residence on September 30, 2010. We started processing your application on October 5, 2011. Medical results have been received." So something is happening in LA. CAn you share your time line Ollieboy? Thanks

mine is this but it was transferred to detroit also on sept 8, 2011. up to now still havent heard anything from them.... We received your application for permanent residence on October 5, 2010. We started processing your application on September 14, 2011. Medical results have been received. |

You will receive your PPR in a weeks time. Same thing has happened in my case too. All the best to you  . My time lines: CIC Buffalo received it in Sep'2010 Medicals received in Mar'2011 end Medicals sent to Ottawa April'30'2011 File transferred to LA Aug'31st PPR request received Sep'29 |

I haven't received the confirmation form LA that my file was received by them. It was transfered on September 8th. Should I send them an email asking whether they receive my file?

ECAS does not say anything up to this time , it only say application received and my addrress. is this something that i have to worry or will just wait? what do you think ...PLEASE HELP...THANK YOU ALL |

I think they work through things at their own pace. I am sure you will hear soon. It will be there with them and they will attend to it when they do. An email won't necessarily help. If they said do not contact about status within 90 days then I would not contact them unless it was for a change of address etc. I'm sure you will hear soon.

I just check ECAs and there was a big change in my ecas after almost a year. It says in this order:
We received your application for permanent residence on October xx, 2010.
We started processing your application on October xx, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
ANYONE HAS THE SAME EXPERIENCE? IT DID NOT SAY HOWVER WHAT IS THE DECISION? ANY THOUGHTS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

hELLO ICEBOYZ, i JUST CHECKED MY ECAS AND IT SAYS THAT THEY STRATED TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION LAST OCT 12, 2011 AND THAT THEY ALSO RECEIVED MY MEDICALS. IT ALSO SAYS THAT A DECISIION WAS ALREADY MADE......WHEN YOUR BROTHER GOT HIS PPR LAST OCT 13, 2011 DID ECAS SAY THE SAME THING? IT DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT THE DECISION IS? On time he sent an email to Buffalo asking why eCas doesn't show that medicine was done. They said "Don't use Ecas to check the status of your application because eCas doesn't have fresh information".
From that point my brother haven't checked eCas any more.
