I received a mail that i should forward my Proof of unencumbered and readily transferable funds to the Visa office at Accra, Ghana within 30 days.
What is the implication of this? and what necessary preparation do i make henceforth?

VO needs to get assurance that what ever u produced as proof with initial application are still available, free from any liability, completely yours and in liquid form (transferable). This should better be in the form cash now (produce original bank statements and duly stamped by Bank only) and as per CHC standards.
If u failed to do so, may face negativity
