Hello,

What does this mean when people say transfered to Visa office. Our application went to Missassaga--now it's in Buffalo...can you tell me what that means.

Hey there,
The visa office is the one who do the processing and studying of the application , so it is a good news that they have started processing your case.

Yes.  It's the Canadian Consulate/Embassy in Buffalo.
