transfer of file from one visa office to another for interview

I had applied from baffalo visa office in 2001 and was called for interview in 2005 but unfortunately I did not get visa for US . My application was rejected ,but after challenging the immigration department I got my file transfered to New Delhi visa office in January 2007.I have 76 points .
Now plz help me to know the waiting period for my application to call me for interview.Medical was done but has expired now .TOEFL score also expired by now.
