Do I need to submit transcripts as well as marksheets and degree certificates or will only marksheets and degree certificates suffice?

official transcripts in the envelope and certified copies of the degree certificate. Thats for FSW 1. I presume CEC is the same, i could be wrong.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

Yes, your right, we're going to mohawk college in Toronto on a CEC and we were required to submit initially a transcript but we need to submit certified degree also on arrival.

arrival to canada?
arrival to the interview?

I call the call center and they said if the checklist says "copy" its a copy not a certified copy.
Although it does make sence to send a certified copy of your degree or diploma
