Transcripts in University Sealed Envelope from University of Punjab, Lahore, Pak

whats the process to get one`s transcripts in university sealed enveloples from University of Punjab, lahore, pakistan.

1- which deppt one should go to?
2- Any Charges?
3- What are the documents required by them?
4- How many days they take to provide it back to the applicant...

Please comment if you have been through the similar experience in University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.

I did not request for original transcripts. I have just took photocopy of the original transcript and ask my college administration to attest it. They put it in a envelope which later on I seal it and the same was submitted to VO.

I have studied from Punjab College of Commerce, Lahore.
