Ok, I am totally confused by your answers.
I initially thought that the process may be different for London CHC. I checked the FSW guide for London and it also mentions the same on page A-3 (see below). So, why do you say that university transcripts are not required? FYI - I am applying from Buffalo, USA office.

envelopes.
• Professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualifications
certificates should be submitted if available. (e.g., Engineer, Computer
Programmer, Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect etc.)
