where as issue about envelope that is not reason of returning your file........but you did not notarized your file must be returned to you...........that is not called a rejection.............

Regards, Savio First your question is a bit vague, anyways I am considering that you are about to apply "FRESH". If you have opened the letter that had the transcript you MUST get it re-stamped/re-sealed from the University. Secondly get everything notarized, that's not too hard to do. If you do not comply with the required and mentioned instructions (in the check list/guide), your application can/might be rejected and returned.

I am again unable to understand what you advised to the OP, or what point you are making, sorry. Are you suggesting that the "Open envelope Transcripts" are fine? That is wrong information, Transcripts are required to be in sealed University envelopes.

Dear Devil, In Pakistan none of applicant has degree in sealed envelop........Just has the original degree....in cio every one applicant send degrees after Notarized and in London Office every one send original degree....i know this is standard format for every one.......but here in Pakistan London office verify the degree from Higher Education Commission and they never require sealed envelope........

No my friend. I am from Pak as well and we have applied with the required docs. The Transcripts are nothing but your "Detailed Mark Sheet" of, lets say Bachelor or Masters etc. You can get the copies of your Mark Sheets and get them in University sealed envelops with stamps on opening edges. Contact the Clerk and they will guide you. And that is "Transcripts in Sealed Envelope". As for Degrees Copies Notarization, HEC is not asked or required. You can simply get the copies, Attested from "Oath commissioners" usually available outside Judicial Courts or as we call them 'Ketchahry'. Sending Original is a bit risky, and I am not sure if it is required. REMEMBER the first REVIEW is at CIO Sydney, not London. Transcripts/Mark sheets are a MUST. I have heard of refusals if not provided.

dear devil, I understand what you are saying.........that requirement is by London Visa Office if you view the check list of London Visa Office that require all transcript and marksheet...........and in CIO you have to submit only Master Degree, Bachelor Degree (degrees does not contain marks) Intermediate Certificate and Matriculation Certificte (that contain also marks on the degree).........and all of degree copies notarized from Oth Commisionar and Notary Public......

There is no detail of Academic documents in CIO check list. EVERYTHING is scrutinized at CIO and then PER is issued. If something is missing or not provided a decision will be made on the available documents. Failure to provide everything in the BOTH check lists might/will result in refusal. Transcripts are a very VITAL piece of documents, not to be overlooked. IF you clear CIO Sydney, then you go to Visa Office, otherwise its back to you. Dear if you are not going to send transcripts that is your choice, BUT, you should always provide with validated information, so that it serves as a standard guideline. If one makes it through without Transcripts...GREAT!

One More thing,,,,,if you assume that every one have to send transcript then there is written in London Office Check List like this Transcript: Original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university sealed envelopes......... Then why many of us do nt submitted original documents? ?? Appendix A Check List:- London Visa Office at top is written in block words that Do not send originals ulness otheriwse stated. Send notarized photociopies of all documents except the police certificate, which must be originals

I guess you have answered your question yourself.
As per check list; "Do not send originals unless otherwise stated"
AND As per Check List (and its stated here); "Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university-sealed envelopes."
