we applied our initial application on jan2010 bt that returned due to sum info missing on April,we again submitted our application may 1st week,after 3months on august 18th visa fee money deducted from our account n now yesterday we got email they mentioned that our application rejected as on 26th june they have closed designations or job titles on the basis we had applied our application bt tell me we had applied so early from june26th then whats our fault if they started processing now after June 26?
tell me what we should do now?as this news is very disturbing for us...............................

i think you have misunderstood this. you have not rejected due to the fact that after june 26 you noc is not on the list. you were assessed before jun 26 2010 rules.

you are rejected because you did not provide right job duties for your noc category

tell me what is your noc and what job duities you provided in your application form when you applied

can you scan and post the letter here you received from them

this is a quote from your letter

We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker Class on 31 May 2010.


"You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC code: 4131- Part Time Instructor. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on 28 November 2008, you do not have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time or equivalent part-time paid work experience in this occupation in the last ten years at the time of application.

 

As well you have indicated that you have work experience in occupations with the following NOC codes: 2171- Systems Analyst, 2174- Sr. Development Analyst, Asst. Project Manager, Computer Programmer, 2173- Software Engineer. These occupations do not correspond to any of the occupations specified in the instructions."

the above letter clearly states that you did not have one year of required expereince under noc 4131 and the other nocs 2171,2173,2174 doesnot come under 38 listed occupation nocs before 26 june 2010.

your application was reached there 31 may 2010. you were assessed before 26 june 2010 rules

i am afraid you can't do anything now. noc 4131 is not included after 26 june 2010.

if you have work experience in one of following nocs you can reapply otherwise not

look at other options to immigrate to canada like AEO (arranged employment) mean if you have job offer from some company in canada.

like i said look for arranged employment in canada. try to get job offer from some company in canada. some agents sell jobs in canada.

Now there is a way, If you can arrange an employment offer of any profession for you or your husband then you can go thru.
I know it is not easy, you will need to contact recruiting agents or lawyers in canada, there are cheaters and genuine both. It depends how important is the immigration for you.
But if you can manage arranged employment offer, chances to get immigration are very high.
