The representative form is not require to send if you don't use one. Can you call your sponsor to inquire about the day it was received at CIO?
Guys, Received email from CIO today - 4th May, they have started processing. The draft was charged on 3rd may as per the email. Please add to the track sheet. One thing I could not understand I applied to MPNP under Family Stream but the email came from FSW-centralized_intake-office @ Cic.gc.ca i.e Federal Skilled Worker dept as the mail mentions.
