Alan - congratulations for you LOA and welcome to the thread! Pertaining to the PCC, it is recommended to send the application package with the PCCs. And, you need to obtain a PCC for each country where you have stayed more than 6 months. If you have sufficient time to send the application, then send it with PCCs. Else, you have write an explanation letter with you application package why you haven't included the PCCs. But if I were you, I would send with the PCCs.
Edmondtonbound, thank you so much for your advice. You know it's such a nightmare to get a PCC when you dont live there anymore. For instance, it's instructed to get PCC from FBI and it takes around 4 to 6 months. Also, I just read the news from CIC website that from July 1 2012, PNP applicants need to submit language testing as well. For sure i dont wanna go through this headache. Thats why I will apply this week and include an explanation letter as you suggested. Once again thank you so much for your time. May God bless us all Alan

Hi Alan, As Edmondtonbound said, it's highly recommended to submit application along with PCCs. It took 5 weeks for me to get FBI clearances and other two countries PCCs for me and my wife. I have submitted my application to CIO on May 22, 2012 along with three countries PCCs. It took 1 month and 20 days for me to submit my application to CIO along with PCCs. I am hearing the very first time from you that we have to submit language certificates as well starting from July 1, 2012. Any way, all the best for you.

Do appearance of address means any thing ?
Punk, I guess it means CIC is working on your file. Applicants have seen the appearance and disappearance of their addresses. It would give you an indication that your file is being processed. The timing is important. If it appears with your destination province address in Canada, then you are about to receive your passport with the magic visa!

Thank you Sarayu for your great experiences over the PCCs. I will process right away my PCC with FBI but im not certain when I can receive their certificates since Im living in Vietnam now. The language testing submission applied from July 1 2012 is written on the CIC website that applies for PNP, i dont know exactly how it execute though. Rgds Alan

Hi alan, Just an idea, you can send a proof to CIO that shows you have requested for FBI to issue PCC. May be a fee receipt.I got it just in 5 weeks because I have included a cover letter requesting to issue within a month. You can find this cover letter format directly on FBI website itself. Thanks, Sarayu.
