I am starting a new thread for the applicants who receive their Buffalo AOR (2nd AOR) in November - December 2010.
The purpose is for tracking our timelines.

I will update this list weekly, (hopefully every Friday or in the weekend). Please post your status whether you files got transferred, In Process, Received Medical, Returned, Received Visa, by replying this posting. I will maintain this list.

Congrats SIMP for being "IN PROCESS", I'll update the list the end of the week.
For you, right now just wait if they need for documents - if all are good to be approved, you probably will get medical request in 2-4 months - that is what I learnt from others timeline.
Can you tell me when did you get your first aor from CIO? and what is your NOC? Did you get your second AOR email from Buffalo on Nov 6th or October 26th?

And since then i didnt hear anything from Buffalo and i even have no idea if my application is in Buffalo as online status doesnt tell anything.

My assumption is that my application keep in revolving ,first in the buffalo office as at that time in nov 2008 u used to send the documents directly to visa office and later on new scheme introduced in April 2010 so may be my file transfered there and again recieved letter from Sydney to send documents to Buffalo.

My assumption was right ....Now updated and it comes in process.

Good Morning,

we got our 2nd AOR from Buffalo on Nov 10th. Since than, nothing changed, ecase still shows RBVO.

Does anyone get anything new yet?

does any body have any idea how long it will take to get medical request after getting second aor. Base on searches, it seems like 3 or 4 months. Am I right?
