As well as a pay stub, get a letter from the company you work for, clarifying your role, your projected income for the next year (or month, however you've paid) and saying how long you've been there. Pay stubs can be one-offs, but letters on headed paper hold more weight and detail about your job and income.
I'd also submit proof of current savings.
