Hi, can a person visiting Canada on Tourist visa can be qualified to apply for Provincial Nominee inside Canada? How will the process work? Assuming that he has an employer willing to sponsor him, will he be able to change his status inside Canada from tourist to working or Provincial nominee? Thanks

He may apply within Canada for PNP But He must still leave Canada to have his visa issued at a Canadian Embassy or Consulate.Have a great day

Thank you BC guy for the reply.

you said, "he may apply inside Canada but must still leave Canada to have his visa issued at Canadian Embassy"

 Please allow my follow up questions;

Is it necessary to go back to his home country Embassy or would it be possible if he would just be in the US and get his visa at Buffalo?

How long does it take to process PNP application?
