On June 26, 2010, the eligibility criteria for Federal Skilled Worker applicants changed.

Between June 26, 2010, and June 30, 2011, a maximum of 20,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing. Within the 20,000 cap, a maximum of 1,000 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing within this same time frame.

These limits do not apply to applications with an offer of arranged employment (job offer).

Applications received toward the overall cap: 10,201 of 20,000 as of April 5, 2011

I have applied for 1233 india. i have just applied on 20-may-2011 and application received to CIC on 27th may 2011. and money debited from my credit card on 07 june 2011.
please guide me for time line.

hi, may I ask what is VO? my application has been received from CIC last March 27. It,s been 4 months now, I havent received any notice from them and I am quite worried about my status... Cry    is there any way to check it,  just to know if my application (under NOC 4151)  is OK or not? thank you

Did you try to sent email to VO in Manila? They may send you your fail number by email... Our mail also was lost in post office somewhere, we sent email and received our file number.

My agency sent my application last march 20 via dhl, I track it in the net and it was received by cic on March 27. Do I still need to email the VO in Manila? Thank you and God bless
