Don't stress, maybe by sending a PM to Kanamen, he might able to arrange a place & even pick you from the airport for a small fee.

Hello Mayank....could you please confirm if you had sent the PCC along with your application? I got my file number on Feb 1st, and i guess it is on its way to New Delhi VO. I had sent all the documents with the application to Sydney, except PCC (thought of sending it once they ask, as that document has an expiry date of 6 months).
