Dear All,
I need your valuable feedback on urgent basis, i submitted my application MARCH-08 and in MARCH-09 my application was transferred to NOVA SCOTIA. currently ecas is APPLICATION RECEIVED
Few days back i showed my application to one of my friend who is working for a Canadian Immigration consultancy, after reviewing my application he said that you have entered a WRONG NOC, that might be the reason for delay on decision on my application.
Now i need to know few things,
is there a procedure of changing NOC ? should i write to Nova and explain them everything ( pls also tell me what points should i cover in my letter)
& secondly pls also assist me that i have changed my Job after filing my application should i also mention that in my letter.
pls urgent reply would be highly appreciated.

someone did change their NOC with Sydney. You should a sk them about it. But might have to do soe search in the forum.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

i dont know. i think he had applied after nov 2008 so he wrote to CIO but i am not 100% sure.
